Shaping sugarcane value chain in Mexico
During the last eight weeks, starting from August thru this weekend, Javier Carrera, our Latin America Chief Consultant, directed a team to deliver and train new capacity tools for Ingenio Zucarmex’s administrative, operations & field staff (www.zucarmex.com), at El Higo in Veracruz, Mexico.
Zucarmex is leading Mexican sugar producer. It grows and transform the best sugar cane to turn it into sugar brands and products. Generations of farmers and specialized technicians have helped to achieve the preference of Zulka®, Zucarmex®, PuraSource® and CaneStar® brands, in Mexico and the United States.
